Vanceboro proper has two cemeteries, a Protestant and Catholic, both on Salmon Brook Road. Because Vanceboro was once an international railroad hub with a range of businesses, including a tannery, shoe factory, taxidermy shops, a wooden ware company, stores and offices, families moved here from a number of local communities for work. To make it easier to trace area family histories, we also offer lists of those buried in Lambert Lake, Codyville, Topsfield, Talmadge, Danforth and, across the border in New Brunswick, the village of St. Croix.

Heartfelt thanks to Gary Beers for creating the following lists. As always, if you have information to offer, please leave us a message.
